Hotel Matador Policies
Hotel Matador Bed & Breakfast is a historic property located in downtown Matador, Texas, where every guest is both important and special to us. Please read through our policies below.
The room rate change which is done January 1st if necessary and again in June or July is in place to cover escalating costs. We currently do not adjust our rates for weekends or special events but will adjust rates according to inflation and the rising cost of goods and services.
Hotel Matador also does not have a 2-night minimum which a lot of our competitors ask along with a room cleaning fee.
Cancellations
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation processing fee.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Rates

Minimum stay required during peak periods.

Check-in: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Smoking
Hotel Matador is a non-smoking facility.

Children
Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements. No child care is provided.
