Just a reminder that we operate as a true Bed & Breakfast. Hotel Matador is our home and your home away from home. Breakfast is served at 830. For the safety and comfort of our guests, reservations made prior to 5 PM are required – no drop-in stays!! Check-in is between 3 and 5. Late arrivals are required to make arrangements in advance.

Our private Courtyard is looking its best and is open from 8 AM to 10 PM. We also offer a barbeque for those that would like to do their own grilling and our patio has comfortable seating for dining or lounging. Enjoy the lazy summer days.

European Specialty Bakery

Very trendy for West Texas, at Hotel Matador Bed and Breakfast we welcome you with our in-house European Specialty Bakery. Trained in Munich, Germany, Hotel owner and Business partner Christian creates fresh pastries, breads, delicious cakes, and petits fours. The aroma of savory and sweet creations fills the air and every guest receives a bakery delight with breakfast. The boutique bakery is open to the public from Thursday to Saturday from 10-5 p.m. And yes we take special orders 806-347-2939.
